Stayes is both web and app based platform that connects unrented flats to consumers who are looking for long term rental service. Consumers can rent rooms from as short as two weeks to more than a year, with price that is 60% lower than the traditional market. Stayes has made rapid growth since the launch in September 2014. Stayes is currently based in Seoul and plans to expand globally in future.
